A memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed on December 26th between Petal Maps, Huawei's navigation system and Tawasal, a leading provider of communication technology in the UAE. It is the objective of the collaboration to provide enhanced map services to users of both parties as they expand internationally. Enhancing the Global Data Ecosystem to Facilitate Efficient Global Expansion for Chinese Automobile Manufacturers
We have been working with global ecological partners to augment and enhance global data by collaborating with them on ecological co-building projects. Currently, it has accumulated over 320 million POI (Point of Interest) data, creating competitive products for Chinese automotive companies expanding abroad through the use of this data. The first proposal for a HMS for Car outbound strategy was made at the Huawei HDC Developer Conference which was held in August of this year.
