As part of the repurchase program initiated by the Board of Directors of Concentric AB (LEI code 5493002G9GMTKIP3PW19) ("Concentric"), the company has repurchased a total of 33,447 own shares (ISIN: SE0003950864) between 27 November 2023 and 1 December 2023.
A maximum of 3,519,172 own shares are going to be repurchased by Concentric between 31 July 2023 and 31 March 2024 for a total of SEK 150,000,000 as part of the repurchase program which Concentric announced on 26 July 2023. According to the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052, the repurchase program is scheduled between 31 July 2023 and 31 March 2024.

By acquiring the above shares, Concentric has acquired 764,514 shares of its own shareholding, which amounts to 764,514 shares as of 1 December 2023. All of these acquisitions have been carried out by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB on behalf of Concentric on Nasdaq Stockholm. The total number of shares in Concentric, including the own shares, is 38,297,600, and the total number of outstanding shares, excluding the own shares, is 37,533,086.
