Skanska builds new data center in Arizona, USA, for USD 82M, about SEK 870M

As part of Skanska's US order bookings for the fourth quarter of 2023, it has signed a contract with an existing client to build a data center in Arizona, USA. The contract is worth USD 82M, roughly SEK 870M, and will be included in the US order bookings for the quarter.
As part of the project, a 23225 square meter single-story data center will be constructed.
The project is currently in progress and is expected to be completed by April 2025.
