During the fourth quarter of 2023, Skanska has signed an amendment to a contract with an existing client to build a data center in Arizona, USA. The contract is worth USD 67 million, approximately SEK 710 million, and will be included in the US order bookings for the fourth quarter of 2023.
As part of the project, a single-story data center will be constructed, covering a total area of 23,200 square meters.
The project is currently under way and is expected to be completed by October 2024.
