In order to licence software that will be included into Station Casinos LLC’s (the “Company”), a subsidiary of Red Rock Resorts, Inc. (NASDAQ: RRR), virtual casino STN Play app, the parties have entered into a collaboration agreement.

Through the software connection, Sparket’s exclusive pool betting system will be available for free-to-play live event wagering. Customers can gamble virtual coins on real-world sporting events, esports, reality TV, and more online with the STN Play app.
