As part of its strategic development in North America, NashTech, the worldwide technology solutions company of Nash Squared, has acquired Knoldus.
More than 300 people work for the technology consulting and solutions firm Knoldus, which has offices in Canada, the United States, Singapore, and two development centres in India. With Fortune 500 clients, the company has a strong reputation for offering cutting-edge digital solutions built around data, cloud and machine learning, as well as potent real-time data platforms.
The acquisition considerably expands NashTech’s market share in the largest technology market in the world and gives the business valuable knowledge in the rapidly expanding fields of cloud and data. It increases the development centres’ global capabilities. NashTech already operates facilities in Vietnam, Latin America, and now India.
According to Nick Lonsdale, CEO of NashTech, “Knoldus’ broad knowledge and solid track record in cloud and data solutions elevates our offering to a new level. At NashTech, we’re all about generating success and value for our customers. During this incredibly exciting period of expansion and development, we are looking forward to welcoming the Knoldus team and customers to NashTech.”
The CEO of Knoldus, Vikas Hazrati, expressed his excitement about joining NashTech. By integrating Knoldus into the NashTech organisation, we will be able to give our customers more capabilities and capacity to support them as they successfully navigate their digital transformation journeys as we continue to build on our successes over the previous ten years.”
