As part of the announcement of the new $250 million fund launched by Thomvest Ventures, a venture capital firm founded by Peter Thomson, Umesh Padval and Nima Wedlake have been promoted to the position of Managing Directors. It brings the firm's total assets under management (AUM) to $750 million, allowing the firm to invest in the next generation of companies related to its core focus areas of financial and real estate technology, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence.
