As a result of survey feedback provided by individuals employed at hundreds of companies across the country, Great Place to Work® Canada has named Venterra one of their Best WorkplacesTM for Mental Wellness for 2023.
As part of the "Best WorkplaceTM" criteria, an organization has to meet the Great Place to Work CertifiedTM standard and receive an exceptionally high Trust Index score in order to be considered for the list, and in order to get the recognition for the 2023 Best WorkplacesTM for Mental Wellness, at least 80% of survey participants would have to agree with the statement "This is an emotionally and psychologically healthy place to work."
An organization needs to have met the Great Place to Work CertifiedTM standard and have exceptionally high scores on the Trust Index survey in order to be eligible for a "Best WorkplaceTM" list, and in order to receive recognition as a Best WorkplaceTM for Mental Wellness in 2023, at least 80 percent of survey respondents needed to agree with the statement "This is a psychologically and emotionally healthy working environment."
As a result of Venterra's most recent survey of its Canadian team members, the organization has exceeded that metric by a significant amount and has had 96% of respondents agree with the statement "Taking everything into consideration, I would say that this is a great place to work."
