Waters Earns Top Score in Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index

The Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRC) has announced that Waters Corporation (NYSE:WAT) has achieved a score of 100 for the second year in a row in its 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index (CEI). The CEI is the nation's foremost benchmarking survey and report aimed at measuring the level of workplace equality for LGBTQ+ employees and their families. In order to receive the Equality 100 Award as a leader in LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion, Waters has fulfilled all of the criteria established by the CEI.
